"Awesome customer service! We had issues with tankless water heater from Navien and kept calling at night and morning several places to get someone to come and fix it for us. No one could come on the day of or next day - all fully booked for 2 days at least. Brian plumbing - when I called they also were fully booked but said she will talk to her boss to help us out. Brian, the owner called almost right away and helped us over the phone to fix the error code since he's fully booked and can't come. He was very responsive, and professional. "Brian's Plumbing is fantastic. They are quick to help in emergency situations, reasonably priced and honest. They don't believe in "hard selling" new plumbing/furnaces, and are happy to fix older furnaces and plumbing.
We've had bad experiences with other plumbing and heating companies in the past (for example, there is a company locally that overcharges, then makes you register for a "discount plan" with a monthly fee to reduce the bill) so we were really happy to find Brian's.
